Finally got the pathology report back yesterday and Brian's tumor is benign (non cancerous). His doctor is hoping this is a once in a lifetime thing, he did state that the kinda tumor it is was extremely slow growing and they figured it has been there since a very young age and just took years to get to this point.
More than likely it was caused from blood vessels with "frayed" ends that grew together to make a tumor the size of a golf ball (thats what they tell me anyway).
Let's see, kidneys still having no problems, and his MRI is the 23rd to see if the 5% of the tumor that is left is growing again or dissolving itself out.
Brian has been doing very well and does still have small headaches, his dr said this is perfectly normal and is nothing to worry about, the big ones are (haven't had but one of those though and it was weeks ago).
I ask you all when you come to read this update if you will please sighn the book again, Brian loves making me let him read if any new things have been added. He thinks this site is great! LOL.
Thank you all for all your prayers and words of comfort, and please dont think they aren't still needed, cause they are, this gets me through the bad days.
Thanks again
Tracey
